Brent F. Heitzenroder is an Investment Advisor Representative with a series 7 and 66 securities license. Brent specializes in comprehensive financial planning in the areas of investments, retirement, estate, tax planning and insurance. He enjoys developing strong relationships with his clients helping them every step of the way to realizing their financial goals.
As a former business owner, Brent enjoys focusing his attention on small businesses that need advice on managing retirement plans for their employees and works closely with the firm’s Corporate Services department to engage their expertise when needed.
Brent was born and raised in Pittsburgh, graduating from Fox Chapel High School. His passions for outdoor adventure, especially white-water kayaking, lead him to West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration. In the spring of 1997 he incorporated a trip around the world with his studies as he was a student of Semester at Sea study abroad program.
Brent’s love of small business over the past 20 years has allowed him to unlock his entrepreneurial spirit. Before joining Hefren-Tillotson, he worked on a project with a well-known Pittsburgh based company that specializes in the precious metals market, along with diamonds and collectable coins. With that experience, he developed a unique knowledge of the market value of those hard assets as well as considerations needed in the selling process.
Brent, his wife Jennifer, their two children Fisher and Ruby, as well as their loveable Labrador reside in Hampton Township, within walking distance from their favorite county park Hartwood Acres. His favorite family activities are snow skiing, white water rafting and fishing. Brent looks forward to the chance to show his kids the “big mountains” out west. Around town you may run into Brent ushering at the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, coaching Hampton Township youth soccer or supporting his favorite local foundation Live Like Lou.
